How much to sell it for? - image-zone.com domain name + site
Well it sounds like a project I would keep and work on - but assuming you really want to sell it it is very hard to just think up a price as it really depends on how much the buyer is interested in paying. It really is that simple, if you get a very keen potential buyer you could probably get 20 times your first offer, then again you might not find anyone interested in buying...
At any rate, keep us posted - you're best bet might simply be to keep the site untill you get some time and/or make a deal with someone to rent it off you.

What I'm wondering is how much to sell the domain name image-zone.com and the unfinished site. The url of the site design is at http://www.mikesworld.net/imagezone/ and the members section is at >http://www.mikesworld.net/imagezone/members/ I got an offer of $1,500 for it. What do you think?

Well, from everything you're saying you want to sell it, so sell it. You may be able to get more, but $1,500 is a good price for something you don't want anymore or have time to develop. I'm sure you'll find time to spend or invest $1,500 though, hehe.
Good Luck

Well it looks like you spent quite a while on this site already - couple that with a fairly good .com name and I would say go for a better offer.

$1500 for that cool site?! No way! You can earn $1500 in a month time with advertising on your site.
Later.

Yes, I know I could earn quite a bit of money each month if I finished it but I simply don't have the time due to other projects. Everything is done on the site EXCEPT For the graphics in the members section - the CGI billing system is installed and everything. J.P., what is a better offer? 2k, 3k, what? BTW - thanks for the replies.

Mike,
Do yourself a favor and sit on this until you have the time to run it yourself! As was previously stated, you could... no WOULD get much more monthly once you got this rolling than your current offer.
Either keep it yourself or as was previously stated, lease it to someone else to run for you while you are otherwise engaged.
