Pretty good! The basic layout is good, the information on the front page is just what the reader needs to know and not more. The menu is clearly laid out. However, there could be a few improvements made:
I think the colours on your menu are too pale. It doesn't stand out enough. The yellow and blue on the check availablity box doesn't go with the rest of the site. I like that combination though. What you should do is change the colours of the rest of the site to match those (change the pale blue borders to that dark blue, and make the menu background yellow with dark blue links).
The logo also needs work. Hot Redirect is a pretty self explkanitory title, so I don't htink you need that little bit of extra text below it. The title text is a little bit hard to read. I also think that the ad should have a little more blue space around it, so maybe you could put the ad on it's own line at the top and make a nice header on it's own line spreading across the page.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to change the navigation format after the first page. Maybe you could choose one method and stick to it?
Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I have incorporated all the suggestions and made a template for my pages.
It can be viewed at: http://www.hotredirect.com/index.htm
If everyone agrees to this new design, I will modify all my other pages using this template.
Thanks again for everyone's help

O.K. My site have been completely revamped now. Thanks for all suggestions. Can anyone please help help me check whether my site is netscape/opera friendly? I tested it on IE and it seems fine.
My comments about the colours still stand. If you got rid of that yellow it would probably be fine (all the other pages look good). The logo is much better though.
Change the font for your menus from Times to Verdana or Helvetcia or whatever you're using for the rest of the page. I always find it confusing when a page has two menus that say almost the same thing but not exactly - the side menu and the bottom one should match up.
Forgot to say - it looks fine in Netscape.

1) Have the same layout for each and every page. I'd suggest the one you use on the main page, 'cause that one's nicer then the sub-pages...
2) I don't like the mouseover color for the links. That red just doesn't look right. But if you like it that color, then at least keep it underlined.
3) The edges around your logo are jagged.
4) After the side menu ends a dark purple appears. I would s**** that and just make the menu bg the same color all the way down.
Overall though, the design, layout, and navigation are very clean and simple...

What mouseover color would you suggest?

Hey! I visited this site the other day without coming through here.
- The template at http://www.hotredirect.com/index2.htm
looks very good. Just change the mouseover color.

I ended up staying up til' 630 this morning downloading this stupid PhotoShop. I got 6 hours of sleep.
I would suggest changing your mouseover to a darker pitch of blue. The one you have now is too light IMO.
Well I'm gonna go get some lunch. I will come back to the site later and check out the other forums.
