I like the color scheme. I especially like the index to the left. You've used tables and borders very cleverly. I've tried to do something similar using clunky graphics, but you've managed an attractive look without them.

It's actually pretty easy to make a whole site out of tables and make it look good- but I wouldn't recommend it...
