Have a look (money from nothing)
Please have a look at my site, its about money.
I thought it was quite an original idea but theres actually quite a lot of competition.
I know the design is not great but your views on the content interest me the most.
I'd like to offer adsense revenue sharing in the forum but don't know how i'd go about it can anyone help please?

Your e-book page did not make sense to me. There was a link on this page which read "Please email me for the password and I'll send it straight back for you" the way my computer is set up at the moment did not yield contact information when I clicked on this link. I have recently changed e-mail providers and I do not know if my computer is set up with a default e-mail program. I access e-mail by going to a MSN.com homepage. So I am no longer using Outlook express. I am not sure how you set up this link but it would be nice if even when a user does not have a default e-mail program set up you linked to a contact you page to send you an e-mail. Your link invited me to sign up for Google Mail and I am perfectly happy with MSN e-mail. So I'm not sure if this is just a fault with the interaction of my computer and your site or this happens for all users, but in my case you should make it much easier for me to ask for a password by sending you an e-mail easily by clicking that link.
Incidentally my e-mail is "[email protected]" please send me a password.
Sincerely
Marc

I'll PM you the password, its a bit bare at the moment but more ebooks will be uploaded soon.
I am thinking about making access to the ebooks available once you place one post on the forum.
Would this work better?

skint- let me give you what is very much my very layman's opinion. I know forum sites which has very many members. One fine arts forum I know about claimed over 250,000 members when I last went to it and also claimed to be growing exponentially. This site off it plenty of free material with no strings like posting first. Still other forums such as one web design forum I keep going back to hits you with an offer of a free chapter of an e-book which is so good you'll wanna buy the rest of it. This forum is a ready very big that does this free chapter thing. In my opinion your forum is too small to be offering content with any strings attached at this point.
I also know of web design forum sites which have free and pay sections. One side I know off his free Web page critiques and also paid web site analysis critiques. The web site analysis critiques are supposed to be more in depth and professionally done. I do not think your forum site is at this time large enough to attract business analysis professionals as your employees. But if you can grow your forum site with a lot of good free content who knows.
Just my opinion
Marc

Hello
It is realy difficult to say what do i think about your website. I have looked through your website and to be honest i don't like it. It looks very wide to me and bulky. I think that you should redesign your main page and your header. I don't like your menu design. I think it is influence on your website usability. But I have to say that I like your idea.

Thanks, I know the design does need some work but I think the idea does have potential.
I am sure people would'nt mind posting on the forum to get access to free ebooks, I think its a good way to build up the content.
I might try it.

I think, the way your design looks at the monemt it's just distracing people so:
Use Css and remove the color of the scrollbar. Also use some more fancy and clean design...
There are many free web designs out there wich look a lot more better than yours!
But keep up trying and learn by your mistakes. Look at other websites, but don't copy them Use Photoshop and Flash to improve the design.
But the easy way would be to buy a webdesign

Hi I like your idea, now for the critics......
I think you need to make your home page narrower to make it fit on the screen (did you design it on a widescreen tv)
I don`t like the blue and brown colour scheme but thats just personnal taste
I think your should put another set of nav links along the bottom of the page
otherwise you read it then you have to scroll up again to goto a new page

Cheers No I did'nt design it on a wide screen TV, I have looked at it on 4 different computers with firefox and IE, lots of different browser setting and I can't see what you mean.
Does any one else have this problem, how can I fix it?
Good point about the links I'll look at them

One comment I'd like to make, I think that keeping the design consitent would help alot, rather than changing the background colour. Also, I don't like trying to read black text on a dark background.
Also, a small point, but the white Google ads look out of place on the brown.

No offense, but here is my review:
It looks like it was made in 1995. There is no CSS other than font declaration which has no relevance since you use tables and did not make a td declaration for the fonts.
Even the tables being used have no cellpadding, cellspacing, etc. declarations.
Your site seems to use browser defaults for font, link, and background colors. The animated .gif at the top of the page leaves little to the imagination and is not catchy or eye-pleasing. There seems to be no color scheme for the site, everything is just thrown together randomly.
Basically you should just pay some money and get the entire site re-designed, or do a little bit of source reading on other sites in order to better yourself. As well, you should check out some tutorials on how to set color declarations in CSS, including table data declarations. Also, if you want to keep the tables then I suggest reading up on what kind of declarations you can make for tables as well in the HTML of them.

If you really want to give some sincere advice and establish a professional web presence, I think you should really focus on correcting the grammatical errors in your website. Here is a para from your home page:
"If you keep following all the get rich quick schemes your probable not going to achieve financial independence, your just going to keep giving your money to the scammers and you'll probably get deeper in debt. "

Cheers,
I am still learning the banner will be replaced soon, I'll probably use nuclues or wordpress for better interactivity so theres not much point in rewriting the rest of it at the moment.

Hi,
Based on my E-Commerce knowledge and as an Internet Application Programmer, i'd love to say that:
1. You're website is too plain.
2. Most of the subheadings and headings with content beneath them could work as links to web pages where you would have the content there as well as their related links. This will greatly decongest your index page, and make your site look more professional.
3. Then you could bring in the green color scheme you have going in the header to the body and give the page some sort of focus and continuity. The way it is right now, it has some kind of disjointed appearance; more like the person that did the header went on break and his intern did the rest.It doesn't feel like one page.
I think you'll really need to work on this one.

Your Site isn't too atractive. I mean contents don't have any problem and idea is also good but layout and colouring isn't good:(
You should use some good colouring scheme and align ads in more fashionable way. You ses site needs to be attractive too to attract users.

ohh.. ok well i have some fixes for you
insert this into the start of your table:
<table style="border-collapse: collapse; margin: 0 auto; margin-top: 0px;" width="yourwidth" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bordercolor="#000000" border="1">
this makes the table have a clean 1px border. all you need to insert is the style tage and bordercolor
it is also good to have everything in one table...

I'll be using your design in full on most of my pages.
I'll be using the banner on all pages and mention you on all pages.
I've decided to install siteframe a community portal thingy on the homepage so people can write their own articles and comment like a blog.
I am hoping this will make the site more popular.
