I like the scan lines in the top right hand corner, but you are really wasting a lot of space for the top left. You might want to fill this in (I'd move the downbyg.com to the left and keep the picture at the right)
At the bottom, I'd change the color of the links to what you currently have for the hover color, as dark blue on gray is difficult to see.
The hand and bicycle picture are 'cut' off, which makes me extremely angry (for some weird reason probably rooted in my childhood)
Overall, nice layout and colors.

The links down the bottom are nigh on unreadable. Dark blue on dark grey doesn't work!
Pictures: The background colour for the hand picture is different from the bar it is in. The cutoff bicycle pic is naff. Shrink the bike pic to fit. Your pic up the top right is missing the top of your head. Just bring it down a tad so we see the top of your head and less of your neck. Nice use of scan lines there.
You really need ot fill that space at the top left with something. I dunno, here's an idea. Instead of text links to the different pages, have fun making little icons at the top? They'd need to be harmoniously designed so it doesn't look garish. Like I said, I dunno!
Hmmm... not too bad. Something seems not quite right about it though, but I'm not sure what it is. I guess it's because the page stretches and for me (I'm browsing at 1132) it seems to stretch too much. It looks better at 800 x 600 when it's square.
Your font sizes are definitely too small - hard to read. Is it really best viewed in IE5? I have NS 6 and it looks fine to me.
Other than that I don't have anything to say that hasn't already been said.
