eek man. I use IE 5.5 and there is a big gap between the header and the main stuff. It just looks like the site is broken in IE 5.5. You could try align="bottom" maybe on the header.

Try taking out the and that you are using to center align your tables with and use
instead.

I think the that you have above your second table is what is causing that particular gap that cade mentioned.

You need to do some code cleaning on this one. It's a mess.

the bottom alignment is valign, align is for left, center and right

even worse in NS4.7 alignment wise, check your code with webmechanic or w3c.

that section where you have two sections the same, i think that needs to be only one, as two it just looks to cramped.
the links at left are right aligned and links at right are centered, maybe make your right links left aligned (default)

Definitely need to sort out the alignment as it's all over the pace at the moment and doesn't look good. Colours are good but I don't like the way you are justifying the text alignment in the tow middle boxes - makes it very hard to read and you have big gaps in the text as a result. I think it needs a bottom to it as well to finish ot off as it just kinda stops at the moment.

Alignment certainly seems to be an issue, although I really like the look and feel. You color choices seem to complement one another very nicely. For asthetic purposes, you may want to increase the padding size on some of your tables. That will make everything look more defined and less compacted.

I will sometimes use FrontPage to setup the initial design elements of a site I am working on, but I ultimately end up pouring over the code by hand to maintain consistency and familiarity. I think if you took the time go line by line through your HTML you will be able to narrow down the pieces that are causing your alignment difficulties.

Overall, very nice work!
