Okay, on the splash page I wasn't really sure that I was supposed to click on the photo, so maybe you should add a text link as well.
On the main page that logo has to go. The sktechy black lines make it look like it was expanded from a smaller image and the green in the logo severely clashes with the page background.
Speaking of the page background, the text of your left side navbar doesn't contrast enough with the background - some people will have problems reading it. Speaking of the navbar - why do you have two navigation menus with exactly the same links?
It just struck me - who the heck is GB? You should put some kind of explanation on the main page there. Since this is a band it would be nice if you had some sound samples on there.
I also think that the splash page should somehow coordinate with the rest of the site - yours doesn't.

The site was designed well, but I agree with Megs, you need to show a text link on the main page. And the "webmaster" link, I would make it "Email Webmaster" because "webmaster" will confuse some people.
I dont really like that top frame. I would get rid of it.

thank you both for your comments,
i changed the color of the logo and made a text-link from the front-page.
i know the 'problem' with the top-navbar, it's some how too much. i can't help myself, i just like it...
but i'm thinking 'bout it!
