I don't like the news on the sidebar, maybe place some links there, that would look better!
Move the "computers and internet" logo up more.
It really takes a long time to load in Netscape though. And some of the bullets in netscape are different colors.
Your search box will only let me type in 10 letters or numbers. That is not enough!
You need to add a lot more links to it, there aren't any, from what I saw, please excuse me if I am wrong though.
The thing is though, that Yahoo! or AltaVista WILL have more then you. I think it would be cool if you did something like a huge award site, that is hard to get. you could have a weekly winner and post them in the directory. That would be great!
Keep up the good work!

Not bad...
1) Center the "Computers and Internet" graphic. Also- people might start looking for your other categories, and not realize it's a Computer and Internet search engine only.
2) Get rid of the black line above the banner. It's like the 5th time I've said that.
3) The navigation still doesn't make much sense. You have the news on the side bar which is usually used for links, and the links are hidden under the logo.
4) Definantely make the search box hold more characters. You couldn't even search for "Business To Business" in that box.
5) Check the spelling and grammer on some of the pages like Advertising.
Overall not bad...

Don't link to categories with nothing on them! That's annoying and really tells people that you haven't done your homework. Also make sure that the content is aligned to the top of the cell. There's too much space between the header and the content.
Do not release this until you get more content. Nobody's going to bookmark you and come back unless you're useful the first time. Get someone to help you if you have to. Also get some of your friends to go through there and rate some of the links - I know this is cheating but if people see votes and ratings they'll think that others have been there and that it's a popular site. (in many minds, popular=good)
I also agree with the others that you need a better navigation system. I must say though, that this design is 100 times better than the first one you showed us! Now get working on the content.

I like the new navigation bar. Only suggestion is to move it up so that it 'connects' with the blue part (and moe it left so it connects with the yellow part).
I think you should change the colour of the category links from bright blue. Maybe to gray or a darker blue.
It is the best design you have came up with yet, great job!

Nice!
1) The navigation stands out more, good job. I don't know if I like the think white line though.
2) The banner ad looks out of place because there is nothing to the left of it. You could maybe put a small banner there?
Very nice!

I've done some alterations to the nav system, but I wanna know if it's better first before I apply it to all the pages.

This is a review on the testing one. It looks ok. You should put [Top Rated] on the next line.
Some of the dots next to each link are blue. (well only three of the). Make them all black.
People keep bringing sites that are better and better here and I don't really know what to say anymore. There is nothing bad I can say about them.
Ugh
