Welcome to TWF! When you posted this thread you saw our posting agreement. We'd appreciate it if you would follow the guidelines there and review some other sites. If there is some reason why you can't or don't want to do this please let us know. If you need some help in writing your review we have created these tips for writing website reviews.
I know you did one "review" but I believe the posting agreement requests three. As a web designer ready to go freelance, you should be able to provide more feedback than a link to the w3c validator.

wayneofwales,
if you consider the status of your site as being "half way through" it will come out great if you are done!
Besides the minor things (missing link in "email this...") your design and navigation is clean and usable. I like those four numbered sky buttons showing the steps of your product cycles. This gives your viewers the impression that you have an analytical approach to your business, which is good. Of course, there should be appropriate content coming up upon clicking on these buttons.
One thing that puzzles me, is that you don´t make a clear separation beween your internal and external content. Upon clicking on an external link and coming back I noticed that you indeed had marked them as "links", but I didn´t notice it before. Make external links look different, for example by leaving off the golden box in front of them, or confine them to less prominent places.
Anyway, good work!
