All that I would do is change the menu fonts > to Anti-Alias.
I understand that the site has its own hish-tech look, but menus should stand out a bit more.
And, to make it even mor efancy I would centered every new window...

the flash is really annoying, its distracting the eye away from the text i'm trying to read,
the text is a little on the small size, maybe to small in netscape4.7
the background under the text doesnt display on Netscape either, only the bottom half which does make it easier to read but thought i'd mention it so you could fix it or whatever
I agree with Busy. The font is too small and hard to read, especially over that background. And maybe this is just a pet peeve of mine, but it's all just full of jargon and business speak - does very little to tell people exactly what the company does. I prefer a much simpler more straightforward approach but then I'm not much of a business person
I agree about the menu being too small and out of the way - same with the logo. The sub-menus are particularly un-noticable.
I like the overall image. The flash is catchy at first but the more it keeps moving the more I can't look away hehe...I would make it stand still after the intro.
Also, the text links in the menu look a little boring in comparison to the rest of the site...some snazzy buttons perhaps?

Everyone else has mentioned the flash, but i suppose i might as well reiterate that it seems rather pointless and distracting. Also, I seem to recall one of the pictures was a bit dim.
Other than that, your site is quite good.
Hate to sound like a broken record, but here are my opinions:
1. First impression - very high tech and professional site.
2. Fonts too small to be easily read.
3. As I was trying to read the text, my eye was inadvertantly drawn to the flash.
4. Can you move the text in the nav bar up so it is centered on the gray bar? It appears to be falling off just a bit.

I'd give it a high score overall. Great job.
