I've just got the layout for my new hosting company done but I'm not sure what to do for the content. I've been changing and changing the same page for.. hmm.. 20 times, I guess but I still can't seems to get a nice one.

Can you please tell me what you think of the site and suggest me what to put on the white page (center)? Thank you.

Looks good! You have to have the name of your site on there somewhere (a logo) - that's what should go in that white space.

THe navigation in the left frame is a problem. Firstly because most people wouldn't notice it there behind the scrollbar, and secondly because you have to tilt your head to read it, which is annoying. Get rid of the frame, and find some way of displaying the navigation so the words read horiztonally. YOu could put them on the left in that dark green space - but I think that the "white space" there is very effective. Maybe try doing a horizontal menu across the top of hte page.

All of your graphics with text are poorly optimized - these need to be recone. I'm assuming that this is not the permanent URL of your site, right?

Otherwise it looks quite good. I like the dark green you've used - kind of a unique colour and it looks very sophisticated.

Yeah, remove the right bar and shift the menu items to the left column.
