I like how your site is clean and gets straight to the point without a lot of bells & whistles. It looks good.
You certainly do offer a lot of services for only $25. There was an interesting discussion on unlimited bandwidth in this forum that you may want to check out.

I agree with Chris, simple and effective - very professional.
I'm not sure I like the left mouseovers. They might work if the initial img was bigger.

You could go to the barter forum and see if you can grab yourself a designer for some kind of trade/fee deal.
If you want some theme ideas I'll see what I can come up with

...actually I think you should play more on a 'cities' theme. Have pictures of buildings etc. incl. into the site/logo. Otherwise it seems like you are wasting a good domain name to me.
