Thanks for all your great reviews, goldmine!
This is a nice looking site. It's very well layed out and I like the colour scheme. The red graphic is a great choice. Others would be tempted to do something in the teal/blue range here but the red really stands out and ads a new dimension to the design. The one critique I have for the layout is that the mouseovers on the navbar could be a little more dramatic. It think it would be better if the background colour changed instead of just the underline.
Who is your target audience here? The text introduction sounds like a lot of technie blather to me. If your target audience is similarly tech oriented then this isn't a problem. However, you could be failing to reach some of the less technical users who don't understand this stuff. In that case, it might be a good idea to simplify and be clear about what you can do for the client in everyday terms.
Navigating around the site, once I get to the product listing I end up at a page that just says that you carry this brand of product and to contact you for more infromation. How helpful is that ??? Either put more detail on those pages or bump it up a level so the user doesn't have to make that extra click (so the line about "we carry the full line of product..." would go on the page with the product logos rather than on individual pages).
Avoid centering text on a page, it just makes things difficult to read. I'm also finding the font size to be a little too small (and you have no idea how often I say this...) In this case your target audience may be okay with that, but just keep in mind that not everyone can read text that small.
Overall a great job! It's a rare case when I have to search this deep to find fault with a site

Thanks Megan, that was a good critique! May I ask what resolution you’re viewing the site in? I'm thinking of changing the font size so as to accommodate the most common user resolution.
Thanks again,

I'm at 1152 x 768 but I don't think that's got much to do with the problem. I see you've set your font size to 11px. First of all, that's significantly smaller than the default size that people are used to seeing. The second, and most important problem is that pixel units are not resizable in Internet Explorer. So if people do have problems reading it they can't resize it if they want to (assuming they know how to do that). Using percentages or ems works better for font sizing for that reason. But really, do you want to make people change their font so they can read your site? Of course not. Keep it close to the default and people won't have a problem (certain sans fonts show up a little larger so it's okay to go down to about 80 or 90%).

Thanks for all your help Megan. I kind of confused. I have a dual monitor setup, I have my left set to 1280x1024 and my right set to 1024x768. When I view my site on the left I like it much better. The site looks smaller, more concise and neat. But when I view it on the right it is a lot bigger and I have to scroll more. The text seems fine on the right monitor. It looks like it has gotten bigger as well as the graphics. Could you possibly send me a screen shot of your monitor while viewing my page? When I view my page on my right monitor the text looks easily readable. That’s what confusing me. How could our resolutions be the same, yet you are saying the text looks a little small. Could you post your screen shot? That would help me see your point of view.
Thanks again for all your help; this is really teaching me a lot!

I think it's just different ideas of what "readable" is. For me this is readable but not comfrotably so. And I'm young and well sighted. People with weaker eyesight will have problems with that.
How big is your font in comparison to what is used on this site? For me it is significantly smaller than what we're using here.
I can't upload anything right now but I check at home later if I remember.

Very nice site. I am going to start my feedback with an explanation of my viewing environment. I am using a laptop that is a couple of years old, so the graphics card is probably pushing 2-8 mb of raw power. What I see if probably going to only be the same for less than 5% of your viewing audience.
The graphic at the top (index02.jpg) looks like it was a picture taken on my camera phone. The logo, the name, and navigation buttons look like they would be perfect for the site, but it's so pixelized it draws my attention to it as a mistake. Again, I put 99% of the blame on my video card. If you find other people are having this problem, and if it doesn't greatly increase the file size, I would recommend increasing the quality a bit.
The same thing is happening for all blue images on your site by the way.
Either way, the design is well thought out and easy to navigate. Based on my experience on this website I would definately do business with this company.

BTW - I don't know if you changed it or not, but the text size looks average on my screen (~12px?)

Hi,
I like the fact that you describe what the site is about in the very first sentence. Sounds obvious, but tons of us forget to do that. Maybe that description could be a bit simpler and shorter? Not sure.
Your text link navigation at top looks nice, until you boost fonts (old eyes here) and then your design is destroyed. Image links would solve this.
Nice job!
