This looks very good, I'm impressed! Nice design, good immediate impression of what the site has to offer. I like the colours and the clean look and feel. I do have a bit of a pet peeve about Web 2.0 - the "beta" by the logo and the shiny effect is a little over the top. But lots of people seem to like that stuff.
I might be running some chats this summer so I am interested in this product. The first problem I had was finding where to click to find out more or how to sign up. For some reason I didn't recognize the blue part with "Add Geesee to your website or blog" as a link. Maybe a little "start now" link or button would work better. Or that might be just me, I don't know.
I had more problems after I decided I was interested. Now I want to know how it works, what I need to do to install, what technology it uses and what I need to do to set it up. There is nothing on the home page that tells me about any of that. Then I checked the Features page to see if it says anything but it doesn't. So maybe the FAQ? Okay, that's helpful!
For SEO, you really need to get some keywords into the title tag. You could also add a bit more explaination text on the home page to get in some better keywords. This would also address my problems above with lack of details. Generally, there's not much text on the home page and it's not marked up properly either (I am disappointed to see layout tables here!) Header tags should be used to tell search engines what's important.
Oh, I clicked on a link to the EULA at one point and now I'm a little surprised to notice that the blog has a different design and that the EULA is in the blog section to begin with. I think this could be integegrated better into the rest of the site. The EULA shouldn't really be in the blog. The design of the blog isn't as good as the main site - there is less attention to detail, especially in the sidebar area.
Caught a type-o on the features page: "Moderation of the chat rooms craeted"
Overall I think this is a good service for the average noob who doesn't know much about web design and just wants something that works. As a power user this doesn't really appeal to me for a variety of reasons (lack of detail about how it works, no option to host it on my own servers, doesn't seem to let me customize the design, uses proprietary technologies, very long EULA, not FLOSS etc.)
Awesome site. I agree with Megan. You need to do a little bit of "how it works" on your site. You may need to create a header with menue. The color blended beautiful but you will need to improve on the contents.

I forgot to mention that we've put this new home page up just 2 days ago and we have a screen cast explaining how to add geesee to your site in the production. Once it's ready (couple days) there will be another button on the home page to watch a video on how to add it to your site
Megan - great review thanks, we'll try to improve those things

My bad (the sponsor thumbnail didn't load that fast, lol!). Well here goes my review...
First the referral link from TWF doesn't work, it shows a page error when i click the link above...
- Good Colors and Clean Layout...
- Also the banner ad position is considerate enough not to overpower the main highlights of the site: chat.
- I feel the bottom gray links with the copyright is too pale...
- the page refresh is annoying at times
- I feel this will be a big hit with community sites like friendster and multiply.
My suggestions would be to provide a screenshots link for the modifications, colors, themes, sizes that are available, since most visitor before signing up looks at these.
Overall, Nice clean 2 dot oh site, Nice Headings and I suggest making the signup buttons more prominent...
I love the idea and I can see lots of potential for users to add this chat to there own sites.
The only problem I can see is a very fast annoying advert below the chatbox.
I understand the need for advertisements but the 1 showing was flashing so fast it might cause epileptic fits in some people !
Apart from that I love the concept and layout and colour scheme used
Great site.

I like the colors! Very bright and lively.
It took a few seconds to load, there was a pause.
Maybe a little larger of a main table on the page...that is my personal preference anyways.

Hey, Great Job! Great logo, great colors... this is really a great example of a simple site being better.
You may wish to change the copyright in the footer from "2006" to "2007".
