It's hard to find the main menu of the site, since there are so many links all over the page. Also- you need a good logo that catches your eye. The one you have now doesn't do that...

It is a non-profit site, so .org is more ideal
Anyway freesoftware.com/net were already taken (it would have been nice to own all three).
