It's missing something. A bg image maybe? More Colors?
* The animated GIF has GOT to go.
* The images are way to fuzzy.
* That guy burying his head in the ?carpet? Lose that image too.
* The graphics aren't consistant. It looks like you went shopping at one of those free graphics web sites and just picked graphics helter-skelter.
The content seemed okay.
Hope I wasn't too critical, just voicing my opinion.

Please consider using gif format with your graphics... Some of your jpeg images are lossy..You might be surprised that gif is 'sometimes' better and 'sometimes' the file size would be smaller..It depends on how many colors you want to use, for eample if you're just using 8 or 16 colors for an image you might be better off saving your images as gif.
Also, be consistent with your fonts. You have 3 diff. kinds in there, times, arial, verdana. I think you should just use 1 or 2.
Other than that, your site looks o.k.

I like your logo on the top of the page.
The other graphics look blurry around the edges. The white isn't crisp... you might want to try and clean them up a bit.
I'm also not fond of the gray bar on the left of the page. Perhaps pick a key color from your banner to keep it consistant.
You might want to try and add some text or something else to that bar too - the ad banners look misplaced and 'afterthought'ish (yes, I know that's not a word!)
Hope this helps!

I lik the colours you've used on the navigation menu thing. Those are really nice and bright, they stand out well and look good.
Everything below that though, pales in comparison. That bright, exciting look doesn't continue past the first 2 inches of the page.
All of your graphics look fuzzy and/or porrly optimized.
YOu've got too much miscellaneous junk on the first page. Lose all those little ads, especially the one that links to part of your own site. Lose that site success assuurance program thing. I would lose both of the gray bars (the one at the top really takes away from the navigaiton banner thing)
What the heck is that picture supposed to be on the "Who we are" page? If you're going to use those, it would be good if they were all in the same style (ie. the shiny grey thing on services and opportunities.)
It's really weird how the links on the navigation menu move around as you navigate the site.

I also like the colors a lot at the top, but that feels like a banner ad to me and I didn't even look at it when I first pulled up the site. It also really makes your logo not stand out at all.
Regarding your logo, I think maybe you should do something besides all text. You have some neat graphics at the top and should do something like that with your logo.
And your navigation does change around from page to page. Keep it consistent to make it easy for the visitor!

It looks quite nice...it's my opinion that the most professional looking sites are those with clean looks such as this...also the use of plain of flat text in a nice font looks more professional that bevels textures, etc.
I'd make that left blue colum a bit narrower and lose the 'junky' stuff'...List Bot, Wht get a website etc.
Yes ani gifs shout "beginner/newbie".
Site Succes Assurace Image needs to be a gif:
gif fot text
jpeg for photos/complex images with textures etc/
Look around at [b]successful[/i] web designer sites, you'll see that most of the designers that have a long list of clients have followed the KISS rules with thier own sites.
Oh the underling of 'your' should go, too much like a link.
Unless all of the advertising is making you money I'd ditch it.
Again there is nothing wrong with clean clear crisp and simple....s rule regarding the bells and whistles.."just because you can doesn't mean your should".
One more thing...if you have gotten your graphics elsewhere...make sure that you haven't violated any copyrights, or terms of use....most graphics sites now require a linkback or some other kind of credit for thier work.

Looks pretty good.....nice and clean.
There is too much white space between logo header and the content of each page. Some of the images you have used are great however not only are the a bit heavy on the load time but while they are loading your visitors will have to scroll to find any text.
The grey cell at the top of the page doesn't seem neccessary and doesn't really go with your color scheme.
Animated gifs......YIKES, personally I think are a bit unprofessional and yours has some nasty jaged edges!!
TEXT LINKS!!! I am a bottom of the page surfer and you have no text links, so after I take the time to read your content I have to scroll back on up to the top of the page to navigate.
Over all it looks very good, like the color, it is easy to navigate, not to wordy, and flows well. Just needs a little tweaking BTW.....I love the head in the sand image, what ever you do don't scrap that one!!

Ok- I'll make this review short and sweet.
1) Get rid of the grey bar on top. What's the point?
2) The animated Gif looks terrible. I would lose it.
3) I really like the Bill Gates quote you found.
4) Add text links to the bottom.
Overall I like it.

It lookin good.
Took me a little bit to load. Probably the Animated GIF that I don't like and find annoying, distracting and irritating.
Other than the Animated GIF I say it looks great. Good logo, good design, everything! Although I agree with Justin who once said
"Add text links to the bottom." DO that and it is perfect.

It's cool! I like the graphics. Nice and professional. However, I'd get rid of the purple though!. Great site, and keep up the good work, I'll be coming back again.

Hello Matt,
I really appreciate your critique of my website. I wanted to which element of purple did you think I should get rid off. Is it the splash of purple in the hour glass or what? Thanks again.
