Looks like everything as far as your template goes has been covered. The only thing I noticed was that you repeated yourself in the service descriptions. Not that big of a deal, it's just one of those things I look for.
------------ Web Hosting
Web Hosting - Complete with the following features; unlimited disk space, FTP access, free sub-domain, php, unlimited my-sql databases, free e-mail and much much more....
------------
If need be, you can just do a little rewrite. For example: "Our service is complete with the following features; unlimited disk space, FTP access.. etc. etc."
Looks like you got a pretty good thing going, keep up the good work.

IMO it looks a bit ameteurish and I wouldn't use a hosting company that gives me this impression - but that's just me! You have no real logo and the banner for ramp.com totally over powers your 'name' text. You also need to work on your graphics as those buttons with the arrow are all jaggedy and you need to add border="0" to the image tag to get rid of the blue square around them. I'm also getting a horizontal scrollbar at 800*600.

Ditto on what everyone said about the header and footer not lining up. Easy fix but you need to get it done ASAP if you anyone even considering your business.
Also, ditto on what Webmistress said about the site looking amateurish. I would definitely pass on your business just on the look of your site. Brighten it up a little. Design a more modern-looking template cause this one is very old fashioned. Look around at what other people are doing.
Lastly, organize your information a little more. Most everything is where is should be and bulleted, but IMO I just don't think this is enough. A well placed table can go a very long way in terms of organization Good luck with your business!

Why have you got google adverts on your site? Surely if you want to come across as a professional hosting company the last thing you should have on your site is adverts for your competitors websites!

middle portion doesn't size up to the top and bottom. Also might want to make the top a bit more noticable, other than that, looks pretty good.

The header and footer are not lining up correctly with the middle part. The width of both are smaller than your main part.
The FAQ page has a totally different look and feel as compaired to the rest of you site. It should all be uniform IMO.
It's always good to run your text through a spell check. I am the worlds worst at spelling errors. Here is one.

not gonna get many hits, just doesn't stand out as having a great layout enough, that's essential for a hosting company free or not
