Welcome to TWF! If you want a website review you'll need to go to through Website Critique forum. I will move your post over there now.
Normally, when you in that forum you see our posting agreement. We'd appreciate it if you would follow the guidelines there and review some other sites. If there is some reason why you can't or don't want to do this please let us know.

No clickable link FastRack Host??
Personally I don't like it. Blue, green, and white don't seem to go together. For some reason I feel like the site is missing something, I can't put my finger on it though.

In firefox they "ads" at the bottom (FastRack 1 2 3) are quite blurry.
The main content area looks very plain compared with your header and footer sections.
Although the header and footer are stretchy I think you'd be better going with a "static" size site because your main content isn't that big. having it fixed at say 780px will make it seem like you have "more" content.
I like the colours you've used but i think your "navbar" needs to stand out more rather than just been plain text over the green bar.
I hope some of this helps

Your overall design is good, but there is a few problems. The text in the main body runs together and the font doesn't stand out very well. The package buttons need some rethinking. the "fastrack" runs together in the font that you have chosen at the size that you have used. Try another font or change the size of the word. Most of it is good, but the text needs help to make it look professional.

The site looks good and I like the color fade. It`s really cool. But consider this:
i) preload the images on the big menu (Webhosting...)
ii) add some mouseover effect to the upper menu (Home, site map,...)

Very Pretty! lol. Prices are great, and if i'm allowed to say so they are very fast! They have lots of pre-configured scripts like phpBB, php-nuke, fantastico, chat-rooms, and lots more.
The only things I don't like is that on the bottom of the main page, its kind of hard to read FastRack 1, 2, 3...etc. And on your site map it looks a little disorganized.
but overal great site!
/me wonders if anyone can guess who his host is
