Nice and clear about what you do and easy to navigate. I felt a little cheated at not having any pictues of the staff on the keystaff pages. Just a small picture of each of them would make it just a little less impersonall to the viewer.
As for the rest - well you will have to wait for the experts to come along

Ok all content headers should be centered on information. Like for example your Contact header is not centered on your contact information. Try using different colors rather then just plain white and black. Try using two types of font for example one for the content and one for the buttons and headers. Remove large space at bottom of page. This is just some of the things i've noticed the page needs a lot of work but by trying these updates it would better resemble a basic website layout that works!

Just popped back out of interest to see what the experts say - I thought the page ended on the copyright statement - didnt find the links below. The should be on a page of their own with a more descriptive link, something at least telling the viewer where they are going. A picture would be nice for the front. Maybe a good action shot or perhaps a group photo of some trainees.
Your contact information doesnt need to be that big or on the front page - make a show of it on its own page and add a 'contact us' link to the navigation bar.
You have 12 paragraph tags ( http://www.leadership-training-courses.com/ See how they do the layout - that site also uses tables for layout. With my limited knowledge I would guess they have used a 2 column table with 2 rows and merged the top two cells for the header.

this a quick outline, give you further comments when things change...
- jagged logo and unrelated or is unclear, does not link to main page...
- Too big of a font and too many white-spaces
- links are not outstanding, nor grabs attention
- I think you need to redesign, the content is good, presentation of contents are good but the site design needs some to be desired...

I really don't get all excited about the telephone-pole text. I would really try for some other layout this looks worse than my first try, and that's saying something pretty bad.

you are using a 3 column layout, but the 3rd column is the biggest, the middle should be. If using tables (like you are) the two outer 's should be fixed in width (width="200" or whatever size) and the middle with no size or width="100%" (ideally no size) as the content will expand it to suit. really your tables arent designed to well (your using way to many) and it's the email addresses thats causing your tables to malform, make the words information and webmaster into links, will fix this, but a warning, displaying your email address like this in a mailto way will only result in much spam, use a contact form if possible, if not use a non clickable image with address on it.
As Magnolia mentioned the pages need an ending, a copyright notice is ideal and pages like about us really need one as the page just ends - looks unfinished.
Don't change text style/size on hover, it is cool for young kids but is annoying and unprofessional for proper webpages as it distorts other content below it.
Ideally your pages should be named after the content, rather than ser01.html use team.html or team_dev or even team_development.html, better for editing purposes and search engine rankings, also bookmarks, also your page titles should be to desciptive, most are good, there is one LLC which means nothing. If your browser has a drop down option on the back button, click each link, one after the other then check what they look like in that drop down, you should be able to find the page you want from that list without guessing.
good start

it has an ending, but its too far way down and a little narrow, I suggest it needs some redesign and tuning...

Looking better on the front page now
Now to make it prettier - how about some border lines and some cell padding to move the text away from the outer edge of the page and to define the areas more.
What had you just promised them!!!!
