I started to look at your site and I got dizzy looking at the status bar... what is that???? I wouldn't recommend keeping that
Layout and color are great on the first one, which is the one I will critique.
Definitely use the first one, the one on the domain.
Other than the bouncing, unreadable status bar... it is fine
Colors are easy to read, contrast just fine
The only problem is, I don't think that the table BGcolor is web-safe
I'm not commenting on the content because I didn't look around, most of the links you have don't interest me....

First of all You have spent a lot of time and effort on Your site,well done,I like the general layout and color scheme but can I offer a few suggestions,I'm only new and trying to help.

I personally dont like underlined links a small bit of code and it's gone.
Why dont You carry the mouseover effect across all the links it seemed strange that some had it and others didn't.
Try and put an easy access to the top of the page,people hate scrolling.
Try and not use the "optimized for" quote it apparently turns off people who arent using Explorer.(Cheers Lee)
I agree with Nike that bouncing status bar,It is constantly grabbing Your eyes away from the main content.

Your first site wouldn't open so I can't comment on it. As for the other:
- I'd lose geocities people really hate pop ups
- Nothin really stands out it seems bland
- some ads didn't open got the old red x that turns people off
- you've got alot of good info here

I got about 40 pop ups and that makes me mad! Lose all of them!

Why in the world would you want to have sooo many dang "in your face" pop ups? Geeze!! I couldn't even review your site because all of the "extras" that you have that completely took over my computer screen. That one full screen pop up had about 10-15 different adds on it by itself. I'm sorry, but I just find it really hard to understand why someone would want pop up...especially that many.

About the only thing that I did get to see on your site was the top and side nav. You have those sideways thingys on either side of each link: /Link\ /Link\
Those were distracting IMO. Also at the top of the right side nav you had something about making money (didn't get to finish looking at it due to that HUGE pop up). Anyway, you had repeated the words, "Paid for" (i think that is what they were) in each link. IMO, you should leave off those words and use the one at the end of each for your links titles.

Sorry for the short critique. If you decide to remove the popups, post here that you have done so and I am sure you will get many more reviews.

you gals/guys should use a pop up killer if youe default browser doesnt have a option to disallow pop ups.

Yeah, keep meaning to get round to installing one but I just wish people wouldn't feel the need to bombard us with them, I can't see how they make money from them any way!

Well there is only one pop up check with opeining just my site. even that is not a pop up that is a pop under and that doesnt even bother. anyway i have to do some thing to keep my site going on online. Any way tell me some alternative and i will throw off the pops.

I just checked it with IE and got 3 pop ups. one for travel, one for buying in USA and one for pc anywhere
Banners are a better way but I don't pin much hope on them earning you a lot of money, I wont click on any of your links as you hide the status bar link and looking at your source code there are some links that are false viewing links. (you change the status destination from the link destination)
You have 6 links under "make money" can't you make money from them?
are you trying to recoup site costs or make it rich? if its the later I doubt you will. your site is a portal (one of millions out there) you have to make it different from the rest and use honest descriptions etc so people trust you and your content

The make money links are for the genral visitors they are not for me neither have i given my referral links for them , may be for two or three. Anyway i'll cut out those things after some weeks.

Don't expect to land up in the top 10 results for a search string instantly. It might take a couple of months before your site even shows up in a relevant position.
The best way to get to a reasonable ranking is by having good, relevant content, a good number of backward links, and having all your Meta and Alt tags in place.
Don't submit your site if most of the pages say "Under Construction". And try getting into a directory like DMOZ.org, Zeal, or the Yahoo! Directory. Once you're in here, your site ranking automatically goes up.
And avoid search engine submission companies/software. Its best to submit by hand.
