Yeah- the main part of the site looks cluttered, while the side bar looks empty.

Also- the green on yellow looks terrible. And you need a new logo...

I think that the logo needs to stand out more than the banner ad. It's just not obvious to me.

I also think you should get rid of the blue outline on the buttons on the left.

I really like the bottom black/gray/red navigation bar. I think that the top should reflect that same look for consistency.

You may want to consider spreading out your links in the middle and moving the jokes over to the left. Just an idea.

I like the red and yellow color scheme and you are getting ooohhhhh so close.

Maybe if you changed these things around:
your logo next to the banner could just have
"goodbookmarks.com" in bigger text. And for your slogan it could be in the yellow image under the logo/banner where it says "goodbookmarks". Also the "Goodbookmarks" yellow image is kind of messed up. Half of it is yellow, and half of it is a darker yellow with little orange dots.
The main thing that I don't like is where you have those 2 buttons (refer it/top freeware).
There should be some other stuff there instead of the 2 buttons.

Actually I quite liked it - for one you have a very good domain name and the design itself is quite clean and professional.

I think it looks better than the older design as well -- why did you decide to just change to Webmaster Resources? I thought it was great as a multi-purpose directory... anyhow -- keep up the good work.

I'm going to have to go with Justin on this one. That light brown side bar is too empty. Try adding something like 'tips' or something in a size 1 font so it doesn't look as bear as a baby's bottom.

I just can't find anything to add to the side bar. I think the space is too small to add a "Tips Box". Can someone help me here?

try adding a category menu on the side of your page. For example, you got 6 categories on your site, try making a link out of them.
And place the two 88x31 buttons below the links if ever you decide to make it..

Just my oppinion...

Thanks soundtank. Actually I've already thought of that after my last post. But I would still like to thank you.
