Looks like a template. Is it? I don't think templates are really a bad thing. Most people probably can't identify them readily like I can. They do have a very generic look to them which can be a problem. They all seem to have the same look and feel doesn't suit every business.
That, IMO, is the problem with your site here. The template doesn't create a unique look and feel for your business. With a name like "Custom Tailored Solutiosn" I expected something less techie looking, with more of a traditional feel. This design is quite opposite of that. If you went with a different look you could create something unique to your business. All of your marketing elements should work together as a whole, from business name to website to business cards - everything. "Custom Tailored Solutions" doesn't work well with this technie look design.
Some of your customization here needs work as well. The logo is weak and the text below it looks really bad. The photo of the guy holding the money (?is that what that is?) looks too small and shadowy. He doesn't look too happy either. Generic stock photos are one of my design pet peeves. Just a personal opinion, but they don't add anything to a site other than making it look more bland and characterless.
Read my comments in openmind's site critique. Same applies here (who are you??? Doesn't say, makes me suspicious). I'm also wondering where your porfolio is. Again, makes me suspicious.
Sorry to be so negative here, especially when you went ahead and followed the postiing guidelines without being reminded by the mods We appreciate that a lot. The reason why I bring up some of these things is because I think a lot of other people can learn from it, it's not solely directed against you or your site in particular.

Thank you very much for your critique!
As a matter of fact I'm pretty sure everything you said is 100% correct. I did use a template
Probably one of my worst mistakes; I'm a good designer but I thoguht this would look better than what I could make. I was wrong and within 6 months I will most likely have a new website up that I or one of my team members will design from scratch.
As far as the portfolio goes it will be under testimonails and there will be a link from the main page. I'm trying to get some of the local business men that i have designed for to let me take pictures of them to put them by their website along with a testimonial.
NP I will continure to be active here and post plenty of critique for others!
Thank you for your prompt response, I will fix most of the things you mentions within the next few days; alot of it is simple tweaking like the logo; however it will take a long time to design a template and implement it because of the sheer amount of pages I'm dealing with here.
Thanks for the advice I belive you are 100% correct

I have the template on my comp, so I knew immediatelly what is all about
You could just play with it. I never developed it further since I didn't like the big buttons
Anyway .. good luck with it.
