Alrighty, on to your review....
Most people do not like splash pages. I think they are fine to use if they have a purpose. And since you have a choice to go to the flash version or non-flash version I suppose this is an acceptable excuse. However, when I enter your site, the next page doesn't really have any info on it either. Other than a picture and a menu. (Nice picture by the way) Why not try and put the two pages together so that your visitors don't have to click more than once to get to content. Just a thought.
Your graphics at the top aren't bad but I am still trying to figure out what the angels are for. Maybe I'll find out here in a minute. There is some text near the top on the left that I can't quiet make out. I think it starts out, "I have a dream that one day the.... That is all I can see clearly. It looks like it might be a nice quote so it should be clearer.
On to the News page. The menu that you are using is a little annoying because it has to be opened everytime you go to a new page. Might reconsider your navigaion. This is a personal site and you can probably be a little more flexable with the bells and whistles that you use but in my opinion a menu that is always there would be better. Is this menu from GUI Stuff?
I also notice that you have a lot of blank space at the bottom of each page. I am guessing it is because of the vertical image you have on the left side. (which you cant see unless you close the menu)
Some of your pages are different as far as background color for the table that your content is in and the title for some the pages are also different on some of them.
The bubbles....hmmmmm.....I think I would get rid of those and move your text content up. Most of your text or information doesn't start until the bottom third of the page. It should be more available to read without having to scroll down.
I think you have very good English. Even if it was bad, I couldn't say anything because I only speak English. Thumbs up to you bi-lingual people. The only French word I know is "we". (that is french isn't it...HAHA!!)
You really have a nice site. Hope you get tons of good advise.

In IE5 I'm wondering if the menu is being cut off, last link is entrance (this is on 800x600 not that it should matter)
Its nice that your personlising (you think your english is bad lol, english is my only language, well aprt from typo ) but I think you've add your name one to many times, everyway you've added it is well done, from the right background image to the barcode (all 8 of them)
even thou you mention suited for large screen, I like many use 800x600 so we get a big scroll bar. no offense but I'd rather leave sites I have to scroll than have to scroll from side to side and up and down.
the links off the spalsh page go to the same page, i opted for the no flash but checked the flash anyways, is the flash page not done?
whats does that quote say, I can only work out "I have a dream that one day ?" cant work out the rest of that line or the next two. from what i can see it needs to be readable.
very artisic looking

As a personal site it is very nice, very arty and obviously very you. It is somewhat annoying (to me anyway) that the menu doesn't stay open once you go to another page. If it wasn't a personal site there would be other things to say such as not optimising (or making it pleasant viewing) at lower resoutions, relevant/useful titles and wasted space but as it is 'yours' then it's alright to go for the bells & whistles approach

Inteseresting! There are certainly some neat ideas in here. Interesting graphics style. I do find that there is a really odd mix of graphics styles here. You've got the cherubs there on the right side and a very light/faded style going down from there. Then, on the left side there's those 3D shapes with some a very dark and harsh looking lines. Some of the interior pages also have very dark background that are very harsh looking next to the softer graphics on the right side of the page. I would probably try to coordinate the styles here a little better.
I do think that you should also try something different with the menu. It's a little too fancy IMO. Difficult to use. Also try to get that page to fit at smaller resolutions. I'm at 1024, but I keep my taskbar on the right side of the screen so I am getting a horizontal scrollbar.

I see now why you have all of that space at the bottom of your pages. Here is the culprit.
