Critique my site
Ken,
Have to agree with Ian, the flashy things really have to go. Or at least most of them. There were so many of them, my eye didn't know which to look at, so I didn't read what any said.
Also, at least design for 800x600 screen resolution. Mpst of your visitors are going to be at 800 or less.
I like the logo and color scheme. Don't usually like green, but with the logo, they work. Would try to make all the text fit in the light green area.
I would narrow the column with the nav menu and put the links right under the logo and then put your prefessional graphics, etc. in a single column underneath. Not sure you really need the netscape and IE links. Based on stats from some of my sites, about 80% of the viewers out there are using version 4.x or greater of NS or IE. AOL accounts for about 15% and the remainder are V 3 or odd ball browsers. In other words, you are supplying links for an extremely small segmant of your visitors
Might even consider having an About Laurie Studio page to put the maps, etc. on. Would help to clean up the front page.
Great photos.

Well sorry to say it doesn't all fit on my screen at 800x600, so I feel sorry for 640x480 users. I really think you need to get rid of all those flashing things as well and maybe look at doing something with your menu. I went to another page, - more flashing things...aaahhh, thats enough of those, they really have to go I think. Animated gifs are one thing, but those....
Sorry.

Hi. You definitely need to fix the thing to make it fit at 800x600. If it doesn't fit at this resolution, you're going to lose the majority of your visitors (unless you designed the site with the specific intent of high-res visitors).

I hope this helps
