Hi, yes this does belong in the website critique area.. I'll move it just after I finish my critique:

The concept itself is good, but the ends of the tabs are a bit rough,and the picture is pixelated (this might just be due to the fact that it's a JPEG)

Overall, good job, it just needs a little more work.
