The moderators are going to ask that you review some sites first. I'll give you my opinion about your site though...
Your first question is going to be why can't I just go to Yahoo! Oddly Enough page and read the weird new of the day? Seperate yourself from them and you'll have an original site. The layout is basic at best. You need to create better graphics. Smoother interface. Needs work just to honest. Then it needs content and more content.
