Site looks great to me...didn't test the functionality or content, but visually looks good.

Two things I noticed immediately

1)bland looking logo. lose the stars, i think it makes it look very 90's-ish. black on dark blue has to go also. that just makes it harder to read

2) where the left column where the login and browse sections are located, when viewing on larger screen sizes, the background image\color overflows. It appears taht you are using percentages for that column in the table. change that to a constant size in pixels and that problem is gone

other than that, good job

the background of navigation is not smooth.
in the logo, content at its best - is not readable because of the color.
font size of the introduction is very small.
the title of the site is not descriptive.

Okay well hopefully you're working on it right now or something, because the colors you chose for the headings definately don't work. I can't even read the sub-headings if i dont highlight the text first...
Also there's grey backgrounds that shouldn't be there on the left menu column area.

For me its a little hard to read - the main body of the page has too many horizontal colours. The words themselves are not hard to read, but the lines tend to stop you reading and break your concentration. The colours look fine together - you just need less going on - heres what I would do - instead of having 3 lines all different colours, reduce to two lines and change the article title to bold or underlined etc, and keep it ON THE SAME LINE as the description

and if you must have the black shadow effect under each section, surely the corners should be white not grey?

my advice would be to change the color coding of the google advert, and mabey place it somwhere on the top if you're looking to earn money from googles program.
