Nice site. Some people may say something about the level of green you've gone for but I and your target audience know why it is like that. The only problem is that the font of the menu on the left is way too small using IE. Using Mozilla it's ok but on IE it is only about 6 point, which is verging on un-readable.
Also and this is something that my site was slagged off for, the banner spoils the layout and especially as everytime I go in, it's of a pouting woman, don't get me wrong, I like pouting women as much as the next man but it looks really out of place.

ya im having lots of problems with the banners
the site uses so much bandwith the sponsors dont pay for the server ne more.
so the banners are an issue
there is a detect script that shows it if you come from ie.
and dont if u come from gaming sites or older browsers,
is something im hoping to get rid of.
ill change the font size and nav on the left =)
this will actually be the design for about 12 different gaming sites and we are using this one as the test
rainbow6 is a pretty good game havent played it in a while also
Ill do my sig later

You have a horizontal scrollbar at 800*600 which gets worse on the use of the tooltips on mouseover. Small but annoying.
I don't like dark sites and the green just (to me) makes it more of a reason not to stay as it is soooo hard on the eyes. I take it that is part of the look of the game though!

I just have to say that this looks pretty much the same as every other gaming site I've seen (not that I'm looking at them much....). They all seem to be set-up the same and coloured the same.
What confuses me is that the top menu and the first one on the left side are almost but not quite the same. Probably better to combine them all into one so people don't get confused.

First thing I noticed was the load time, for me on 24,000bps it took quite a while.
And I have to agree with Megan, looked like anyother gaming site.
The banner ad, is it really needed ? That's about the only thing I didn't like. That and you can't read the pic under your logo (title).
I also didn't like the hover bit on the links, but that's just my opinion.
Cheers, Marc

Load time is a problem. 2:40 in NS, 1:20 in IE... is this the browser detection script deciding what to do with NS? It still gave me the banner ad. Anytime it takes over a minute before something/anything appears on the screen, you're going to lose visitors.
The text in the nav bar is waaaay too tiny. BTW, your links are green in IE but orange in NS. The banded edges in the center column don't all display in NS. I would switch them around and put the date on the top left and the poster on the bottom right. And make your text left-aligned, not centered.
That chick on the riskymail banner makes it look like an ad for a porn site. OMG! It *is* an ad for a porn site!! One that hits you with a whole bunch of pop-ups.
What's with "webservices" being a "Mission Statement" with a redirect to http://www.graphicrevolutionz.com/home.shtml, and you're cloaking it at that. Because yoou're cloaking it with your own site's URL, I can't get back to your page from there. That and your little porn shenanigans and I won't go back to give you any further feedback.

at first it wouldnt load for me in Netscape 4.7, so opned up IE then back to Net and it finally opened.
in Net4.7 - very messy, you have style sheets errors, layer problems and frame problems. "a" is not a style sheet tag, its "a:link". instead of the little arrows i see in IE, Netscape has the numbers 4 and 6, the layered green boxs are all cut up starting and finishing all over the place with big gaps. your dhtml navigation system doesnt work in this browser (mouseovers). without looking at your code anymore I'd say you have a table error in there somewhere cause I can see your table border with a extra cell at the bottom, look for a missing /td or /tr tag
you should run this site thru a validator.
the picture of the crying eagle, above it you have "september 11th", on the picture you have "september 11th" but under it you have "september 13th"
figured while i was here i'd look at it in Net 6, the little arrows are still 4 and 6's but the layers line up on the green boxs, still get the extra cell at the bottom of the main table so looks pretty sure to be a table error.
the links are green in Net6 but the mouseover links dont work still, seems it only works on IE.
im not going to ask about the "refresh page" link
i went into yoru site one page and the font on the page shrink big time, i think i entered the twilight zone
green is to hard on the eyes, sorry cant go on.
