Comments and Suggestions: Center for BodyMind Therapy
I've just published a new website (favor for a friend). The site is not intended to ever be very complicate, no ecommerce - just informational. I have two questions on the following website
Center for BodyMind Therapy
1) Overall general design
2) Preference on configuration of sections that are long; is it better to subdivide the pages such that the page content fills roughly no more then one page, or, allow the content to grow and force the user to scroll.
Example of subject subdivided into multiple pages
Thanks for taking the time to look and comment

Hello, Alkiguy. Thanks for visiting TWF! Since you are asking for a website critique I moved your post over to the proper forum. I will ask that you comply with our posting agreement for this area.

But, it would be helpful if your critique was specific. Exactly where, should the post be, if not under "concept, layout and design".
Also, You are insinuating that I am not following the forum rules. Again, please be specific. If it is because it is my first apparent post, that is because I had to re-register. I have critiqued 3 or more websites and then some.

Greetings, Alkiguy
The layout looks nice and is easily navigable but there is a problem I have with it. The buttons you are using when you hover over them they turn to green. It doesn't look too bad but that specific color (green) is not consistent with the rest of your layout.
When I examine your site further I notice that there is a lot of blank space at the bottoms of your pages (e.g. http://kirklandmassage.com/info/index.html). You may want to correct this. The excess space make the pages of the site look longer then they actually are.
Due to your layout I would recommend you go with "subject subdivided into multiple pages." Based on the position your navigation bar this seems to be the better option IMOP.
Regards,
James

Thank you! Your right about the green. There was something bothering me about it. Now that you point it out, it is obvious!
The only advantage to cramming everything onto one page is to assist those that want to print out the entire subject. Otherwise, I'm leaning heavily toward the multiple page/subpage design.

Since you only have 3 posts, and all three of them are in this thread, obviously you haven't critiqued 3 websites. Not with the screen name you're using now, anyway.

Your post is now in the Website Critique area. The "posting agreement" link above takes you to the guidelines for postihng in this area, which you would have seen had you posted your thread here and not in teh Concept & Layout forum.
Why did you have to re-register? If you have another username we may be able to transfer your posts over. If you did do some other reviews we need to know where they are.
No need to be hostile
