Welcome to TWF, publisherspalac. We would really appreciate it if you could help us out and critique a couple of other sites before asking for a review of your own
I agree about the red. It's making me think of blood, but maybe that's just me (had a rather traumatic experience tonight )

I am not fond of the color scheme that you have used. Very hard on the eyes. The menu at the top almost blends in too well.
Your logo at the top, or title I might, say has the jaggies. The font that you chose is a little hard to read and the last two letters of Palace almost look identical because of the dark color. Need contrast for title.
Need to check your grammar a bit. EX: "Currently Jumpline.com have ***should be HAS*** three different webhosting ***?put PACKAGES maybe here?*** to suit your needs." You will have to excuse me for playing teacher...LOL I have a habit of correcting bad grammar in my house.
I keep looking for some original content. It seems that all you have are links to other sites. There are tons of these type web sites out there with much more to offer. Think of something to keep your visitors coming back beside links that will only take them away from your site.
Check out Visibone Color Lab for some color ideas.
What happened to you tonight Megan?

I think red is one of the hardest colors to use in a layout.
If your going to use that centered table background color, maybe try a white font, hard on the ole eyes.
The layouts pretty good but it hasnt really got a theme, a style, your on the right track thou

I don't like the colours at all & I think you need a better logo and I get a horizontal scroll bar at 800*600.
Participate in some of the other threads in the critique section as this will help you as well as the site owner getting a fresh pair of eyes on their site.

Definately too much red. If you want to use that much red change the background to white and you should get away with it. The red text on red background hurts my eyes. Need to tone that down. Try this color for the text #FFFFCC. That should work much better.
Cheers

The red-on-red quickly gave me a headache.
Like disaster-master said, you need to pay attention to your grammar and spelling. It's little details that can make a site appear unprofessional.
In your "earn revenue" menu you have "par per click" instead of "pay per click".
Why does the "pay per pop-up" link take me off-site to hollywood.com?
Your "banner exchange" page is titled "reciprocal links".
The "promotion" and "graphics" links drop-downs show up under the category to the left of them.
All drop-downs are left aligned except for "design & content".
I think you may have some interesting links, but I doubt many people would stick around because the site's just too hard on the eyes.
