One thing I'd consider doing is dumping the background you have and just making it white, that way your logo will not look so out of place and your sidebar will be a lot easier to read after changing the white text before the links. Also, your sidebar is too long.. consider putting some of it into the middle section so you don't have so much empty space.
Hope this helps.

Hello JP, I have made some changes on my site, please check it out. Any contstructive criticsm by anyone would be appreciated (again). I still do not have my own domain name, but I want to make sure what I am doing will work before I commit with a domain & webhosting provider. Is there any that you would personally recommend. (site is still under construction)

Well I guided you here so I will be the first to answer
- you have far FAR to many adverts/banner. 2/3 per page should be a max.
- you need a lot more useful (not ads) content which will get rid of that white space.
Do this so we can get a better idea of what can be done after...
good luck!

Ok JP, thank you.
One more thing and I will be off re-desiging my site. What could I possibly put on my site that would be "useful content"?
