Can't decide if site needs a border!
Hello,
I'm redesigning my site, and can't decide wheather it should have a border.
Please go to http://www10.ewebcity.com/digink/newindex.html and click on one link and then the other below it and compare. Should I keep those newspaper edges? Or get rid of them? Decide which one gives a better image, makes the content stand out more, etc. I sort of like it without the border because I have more space for the content, but first I'd like to hear what others have to say.
Thanks!
Sabrina

If you could control the size of the viewer's browser window, then the sheared border effect is better - but not by much. Trouble is, fixed-size browser windows may really bug your visitors. But if you don't want to force them into a fixed window size, then the no border is far better because you don't see a left-justified page and half a black screen - assuming you center the content:)
