Hi C-infinity. When you posted your first review back in October you reviewed some other sites first. We'd appreciate it if you could do that again this time Thanks for re-visiting the forums here

Thanks for doing that
I don't really remember what your first design looked like, but by reading my review of that I think you've made a lot of improvements here. I'm finding the site to be kind of slow to load right now. It feels sticky, and that's annoying.
I like the way you've set up the main categories now with the three selections on the main page for each. I think it would be nice to have some basic specs and a price list on that page as well, to give people a better idea of what they're looking at. Having to click around too much is annoying. You could also have a comprison chart within each category which might help people make a choice. I also think, and I say this A LOT, that the font on those main category pages is way too small. Look at some of my other reviews if you need to know why tiny little font sizes are bad. It's giving me a headache to read that.
The logo could still use a little work. it's better now, but I would still recommend that you hvae a professional look at it. You could probably trade services with someone in your area. Another idea would be to ask around at local colleges that offer graphic design - there might be some students who need some practice.
In the "Why Buy from Us" area, you might want to emphasize how you are different from the big mass market retailers. Something about how you give each machine individual attention, that sort of thing.
Overall much better though

Nice site, especially with a few of your products featured on the homepage. You may want to center your content and use your logo instead of those arrow things in the navigation bar. The homepage should be the first link in the navigation bar above everything. You should remove your email address link since it can attract spammers and since you have a form to send messages anyway. With those two changes, you'll be a better internet supplier. Nice job!

A reasonably nice design, although you appear to be acting larger than you actually are... You could capitalise upon the fact that your a small company by exploiting the weaknesses of large, faceless ones. As Megan pointed-out try to differentiate yourself by providing a more personalised service - there are plenty of mass-market retailers out there, all of which provide roughly the same level of service, in my opinion it would be a mistake to brand yourself as one of them.
Took a look at your source-code: Very hard to read, I'd hate to be you when some debugging is required!
The design appears to be very busy, lacks structure and is therefore not easily readable. As a result I'm not compelled to buy anything, or look further into the site!
One further note: The dropdowns (in Firefox on Win2K) appear vertically center-aligned on the index page, and then vertically bottom-aligned on all other pages. Maybe an element on the index page is forcing the drop-downs to move up on the index page?

This is somewhat of a nitpick, but aside from the content not being centered, it's the only thing that really bothered me. The Products section seems a little off. For one thing, the word Products is too close to the actual list of products. It also seems like there should be a border around that section, to make it go along with the rest of the bordered sections on your site.

Thanks for the comments!
JeevesBond-
The source is actually generated by a serverside script. It is very easy to debug on serverside.
I do agree that there is certain charm in showing that we are much smaller than most better known system builders. How do you suggest we present this? We do mention in "about us" section that we are a small company.
I will pass along the message about the drop downs, thanks.
I somewhat agree about the main page. I like our other pages lot more. It would be nice to have a little bit better organization/purpose to the elements of main page. I'll see what we can do, but most likely we would need to hire someone help us out on that since none of us are web design professionals.
Megan - Yes, the logo needs to be redone. We will hire someone to do that when we get a chance.
I will try to make it more clear how we are different from the mass producers.
Some people have told me that site needs to be centered. Any thoughts on that?
Also if anyone has ideas on how to make the main page bit more cohesive, I would love to get some suggestions.
Thanks everyone! Your comments are really helpful, so keep 'em coming

The only thing that I have for you that I didn't notice anyone else mentioning as I skimmed through their posts was that your big dark banner is a bit distracting. Everything else is very light colored and then there's the blob there that really seemed to draw my eyes towards it and away from your content.

I made many changes to the site based on suggestions in this thread. Please take a look and tell me what you think.
Among the improvements:
-Improved site navigation via the link path on top right
-Improved visual appearance by getting rid of unnecessary white space and content that really had no real purpose.
-Made home page better and more concise
-Whole site is now more user friendly for lower resolutions
-Numerous content improvements. I tried to make it clear that we are small company and use that as a selling point
Still to come: Customizer will be improved so that it is impossible to pick incompatible parts. Will work on optimizing load times.
I would greatly appreciate any comments you could give on the site as it stands now.

Ah, that's much better!
The only remaining gripe I have is that there's no way of telling from your main page what the company actualy does - sure that's easy to deduce, but you do have to assume that everyone who visits your site is lazy, and if they can't immediately find out everything they want about your products/services they will probably leave
I'm glad to see that you've changed some of the text to show that you offer a better service than larger companies, but do you really wish to brandish the fact you're small to potential clients? Perhaps it would be more advantagous to talk about the plus-points of being small without explicitly stating that you are, apologies if my previous post was ambiguous about this but it only just occured to me!
Ah the popups still aren't fixed - a shame, but not essential
Overall, a vast improvement - I like it!
