Make the Text in the middle bigger and aligned left or justified.
The green counter doesnt go well with the site. Try getting a text counter from Matt's Script Archive.
The left "News" columnn is a good idea, but looks isolated over there. Connect it to the bottom nav bar and write more in it.
Not all the rollovers preload in the bottom navbar, and the rollovers are sort of hard to read.
There's a lot of empty space around the text area. I dont know if making the font larger will help all that much. Maybe try writing more.
In the DJ Bookings page, you have a mailto form. Dont do it. Get a CGI script like FormMail to send email to you. Mailto forms dont work well with most browsers (or so Ive heard).
I like the flat text boxes. Tell me how to do that. I've looked around, but I cant find it. Anyway.. The rest of the site looks good. The main page needs more body content. Thats about it.

I'm keeping the text as small as it is right know, so that 800x600-users can see everything without scrolling to the right.
I already searched for another counter but was not succesfull. What is the url of Matt's Script Archive??
About the news-section on the left: There will be written more in it, when there's more news.
How do I do the CGI mail thingy?
The flat (and transparent!) text boxes are done with CSS. {border-style:dotted;border-color:#fffff6}

It's about a friend of mine who is a DJ/Producer.
Lose the splash page - it's pointless. I actually didn't see the animation at the bottm at first (just saw my scrollbar doing weird things). The logo looks really nice though.
I got an annoying pop-up asking me to download an ActiveX viewer.
The layout looks alright. You need an accent colour though - too much marroon. The layout, especially at the top of the page, just looks kind of off. It might be better if the navigation bar was at the top. Watch your white space too - the shapes created by the white is kind of choppy, if that makes sense.
The main content area looks nice, and frames are working well for you in this case. Overall a good job.
I agree about the splash page. Try to play with that and see what else you can come up with. It was pretty hard to see at the bottom there. I totally like your website though. I dig the music too. The only comment i have is maybe use more colors. Good job
Good logo. I like the music. It is getting anoying though because it is the same thing over and over and over and over again!
Uncenter the text on the main page. Get rid of the splash page. It is pretty neat though. I like how it keeps moving or whatever. I like the colors and everything else.

I did a little change (improvement I hope)on the page. The image on the mainpage looks rather scratchy, but this is just a matter of time. It is going to be replaced.
Pretty obvious I'm gonna work on the splash page when my friend (who's site it is) agrees ofcourse. Maybe I put more text in it to explain what the site is about. (it's about this friend of mine, who is a famous house-DJ and producer in Europe and Japan.)
Justin,
The 'frameborder' you saw is not a frameborder. It is the bg-image of the frame ith the navbar. The upper pixel is light yellow.
Maybe I must change that.
About the music: I tried to make a function in javascript with which users can play/stop sound. I actually managed, but did not emplement it cause when the user hears the sound and pressed 'play', the sound played again. The sound came twice, simultaneously! And I couldn't find a way to solve this problem.
Anyway, all suggestions are taken in consideration seriously. I have to wait with changing the stuff, because tomorrow I'm going for a week snowboarding in Austria!!
If you're going to have an automatic sound file you really need to let people shut it off it they want to. I am always listening to other music while I'm surfing (often through my computer), so when a page has automatic sound it gets very annoying.
Don't center large amounts of text - it makes it harder to read. Also make sure that there is some space between text and the edge of the table that it's in (the news section).
I don't see why all the text is centered and in bold! I don't really like the red (to dark). Also, get rid of the counter, it doesn't go with your design, and is un-professional! the music sucks (no offence) like Megan said, make a button to turn it off or take the whole music thing off!

First Impression I got was:
Nice!
What is this page about?
I think you should put a better intro to your page on what this page is there for!
Thats all I have to say

Not bad!
1) Get rid of the splash page. There is no need for it. Also- some might not know to click on the logo to enter.
2) The sound isn't too bad, but there is no way to stop it, and it does get annoying after awhile.
3) Pre-load the flip over images!
4) You need to add another color. All there is right now is red and the bg color.
5) I think I can see the frame border, which I would get rid of. But it's really hard to see it right now...
