Be gentle: it's my first time - PR firm web site
Please review www.epoch5.com. I know this site has some problems, but before I start fixing them all, I'd welcome some input from the experts. I decided to design our site rather than go outside primarily because I want to enhance my understanding of the web design process so I can better work with real web design/hosting firms. There are some bells and whistles I'd like to add, but since I'm restricted to whatever I can create using FrontPage, I'm a little limited. Your thoughts will be much appreciated.

Hello,
Its a pretty good site for using just frontpage, you might want to get psp 5=6.0 Thats a cheap program that works wonders, rthe only thing i can think of is have your buttons on one side in a navigation menu and have the test on the rest of the page, Pretty good.

yep, it looks OK for a first site, it does however suffer from a common begginer mistake which is centering everything in site.

I found the site quite well laid out. A few questions kept poping up in my head... where are you located? Is email the only means of communicating with your company? Why do you state that you are restricted by what you can produce with Front Page? I have been using Front Page for over 3 years now and find it to be very useful. I have even helped web page designers who write their code from scratch and couldn't quite get the commands to work. Overall you seem to be on the right track.

Looks good, I agree. Once you learn HTML I would stop using front page, cause it restrics alot.

One thing that could be improved easily would be the drop sahdows on your images. The images you have used have white lines surrounding them. If you use Photoshop v4 or v5 then take a look at ozones.com/handson. Doc Ozone has prepared these tutorials and this is the way that I learnt about digital imaging.
