Very clean and nicely organized website. The heading could use a little work to make it more attractive. But other than that great site and easy to navigate.

I think its cluttered, and the horse draws your attention too much, try de-animating it.

I agree with Market Stir, your Web site is very well organised and clean looking. The only thing I would suggest is make the top banner a bit thinner, at the moment it takes up nearly half of the page. If you made all the information at the top of the page into a long banner (you could chop it up to make it load quicker), you will be able to see more of the content on your site.
Other than that it looks good!

The above posts make very good points, the horse which seems to serve no apparent purpose, is far too distracting.
All the bold type in the upper right under "Our New Service" is very hard to read, try just making keywords bold, or just get rid of the bold completly in that list, it just makes all the words seem to run together with such a small font,
The same problem appears on the About, Services, and FAQ pages, too much bold type. Making everything bold defeats the purpose of bold type, to make certain things stand out.
With that said, I think you have the begginings of a nice site, keep tweaking the details.
As for marketing, start by optimizing your site for the major search engines, don't worry about all the "Submit your site to 1000 Search Engine..." scams, because 99% of those search engines are crap and arent' going to send you any useful traffic. After that, start working on exchanging links, etc. I could go on all night but there are far better, FREE, resources out there that will explain much more than I can, be patient, the first 6-8 months are all about building awareness.

I think I like it, but yes loose the horse and slim down the top banner.
Maybe some white space around the bold in the right column but I think cmonkey is right, just bold the important words.
When you mouse over the the left column the mouse over colour falls short of the borders in some cells and extends out in others.
You may want to consider the text on some of the internal pages, about us and services for example, extends the full width of the page which I find can make it a little hard to read.
But in all a nice clean site.

Don't like MS clipart.
That red dude in the left corner ... what he is doing there (kind of sterile)?
