Any suggestions would be appreciated.
This site is for a dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon. It is suppose to give you a kind of whimsical femanim appearance. Let me know what you think and I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks again.

When I viewed your site I was greated with a pop up that didnt load and was asked if I wanted to d/l something, normally I'd be outta there, but I'd like my site critiqued so am doing others ...
You have the top banner curved in a square frame/box, maybe round the corners on the white.
I would of never guessed that picture on the index was a image map, found that by accident - bit big for a index page.
Once inside I was lost, maybe a sitemap would help. Most pages have a link for a web coupon, which is a .gif, what do I do with it? Again the top banner and top left icon are rounded in a squared box/frame.
On the mole mapping page, a link at the top 'RaleighDermatology' which I persume is Home, or the index, anyway the link is 404, you have "http://www.skinsolutions.com/Templates/www.skinsolutions.com/RaleighDermatology" looks like all of the links in the services section are like that.
If I click on The doctors name or contact us from the dermatology side I am taken to the skinsolutions side without knowing about it, very confusing.
The quote under the dr's picture should be a little smaller, look sout of place big and spread out.
very imformative sight, I even learnt a few things from it.
I hope I didnt get to picky with this, I am new here, first day and all ...

Welcome to TWF, Busy.
rivimont, consider using JavaScript cookies if you must use popups. Everytime you return to the index, you get that popup again. Annoying.

Question Number 1: Why do you have that annoying pop-up? It will hurt more than it will help. I would make it as a clickable option.
Question Number 2: Why is there a picture of the building so prominent on the site? That is prime space there. It just does not make good sense to have it there. I would put either a picture of the doctor or maybe one of his patient success stories. That building will not inspire anything.
Question Number 3: Why does the home page look so drab? When you click on one of the links you find a page that is much better looking and organized. Plus the picture looks better than the picture of the building.
A couple of other tips in the design of the site. On the page http://www.skinsolutions.com/RaleighDermatology/ , you have links for acne, melanoma, etc. Some of these are active. Some are not. They all need to be active links if they are in the same place. Also I would consider using style="text-decoration:none" to take away the underline in the links. Anyway the home page looks awful but the others were not too bad.

Thanks everyone for your reply.
Both of the sites are owned by the same Doctor. Thats why I have the contact links link to the contact page for skinsolutions, I figured only one contact page was necessary.
I will decrease the font for the quote under the Dr. Puente's picture. Thanks.
As for the web coupon, I wanted to be as well knows as possible, thats why it pops up. Busy, what did it say it wanted you to download to view the site correctly. I agree about the pic of the building, it doens't look that fancy anyway. I think thats a great place to put news and a pic of the Doctor.
I will fix the 404 errors right away. Thanks so much.
Glad you found the site informative. I am currently implementing a shopping cart for some of the products they sell (thats a whole different story).
About the rounded corners for the "white pages" on the site. What do you suggest the best way to do that is? Tables? aligning the rounded images?
Thanks again for your suggestions. I really appreciate it.

Not too bad!
I agree that the image on the index page is far too big & I didn't realise that it was an image map until I read Busy's posting.
Once inside the site I quite like the colours although the logo text seems a bit blotchy to me. It's obviously the type of font you have chosen but it looks odd to me.
If you want to round the corners then yes use tables to align the four corner graphics, otherwise you can get into all sorts of messes!
Do everythign that the others have said & you've got an ok site there. Good luck with the shopping cart
