It;s a NUke site with a theme you downloaded from nukemods.com I assume and you made it yellow. So?
What's to be reviewed? Add some content and then ask us to comment on it. I don't review people for having the skills to download Nuke, install it and put another theme, although sometimes it's hard too

I think it needs a lot of work. I don't say that to be mean -- I'm about to put up my own site for review, and I'd hate for people to be mean -- but I do want to be truthful. The site has nothing in it. I got there and the only content appears to be Google text ads, prominently displayed in the area usually used for interesting articles, news stories, or other blurbs.
My biggest problem was that I couldn't even find out what the site was for. I eventually used the tabs at the top of your site to leave the alnuke pages and try for the medicine pages that you have. But I still couldn't find any value -- the medicine pages list random bits of useless data, and I couldn't make head nor tails of it.
I guess if I had to give advice, it would be to do much more work on the content.

Here's a bit of constructive criticism, hopefully...
First off, the colors don't seem to really go well together. I personally would suggest using one of the free online color wheels/color scheme generators. I often use those when I'm stuck. One good one is here: http://wellstyled.com/tools/colorscheme2/index-en.html
Once you've picked your colors, stick with them! Stay consistent. Of course, text can always be black.
The title should use those same colors, as well. Then you need to center it, and eleminate the white space above and below it.
No one will want to see Google ads as the main module. I realize this may change when you get some content, but I wanted to give you a heads up, all the same. This should be one of the blocks on the left or (more likely) right, never the main module. It's even formatted for that, and looks bad in the middle of a space obviously intended for something wider.
Well, you've avoided the most common mistake made on nuke sites! Most of them have every box imaginable on the front page whether they need it or not. I also like the light, friendly colour scheme. The only problem there is the msrm page (what is msrm, anyway? I have no idea) doesn't match the tab colour.
Oh, but then I go to the "medicine" page, and there it is. All the little boxes, including the obligatory poll on the design of the site (because, you know, you have to have a poll, and what else could you make it about?). If you're going to have a poll it has to be topical and relevant to users. Otherwise, ditch it. Same with all the who's online and all that crap. Unnecessary.
Now, obviously you really need some content here. The other thing you need to fix up is the header graphic and logo. Keep the font styling simple and get something to put in the background there.

I personally think that it's really good to get a site out for review in the beginning stages. That way you can get feedback before you've done too much work. As a reviewer, I doubt that people are going to bother making changes when they've already got the site completed. (so, really, why am I doing all this work to give them advice on improving their site?) In the beginnging stages, reviews might have more impact.

Megan, you are right, and I was wrong to harp on that in my own post. I've edited my review accordingly.
