411 Locate.. Would appreciate your feedback
Our site provides White Page (individual) and Yellow Page business listings plus a keyword search engine.
Because of the growing concern of privacy more people than ever are concerned about having their listing available on the Web. Also because of the size of the database some business listings are reported incorrectly by the Telco.. I know this because we receive calls and Email.
We often try to help the concerned party by explaining that most of us feed off the same database, and explain that we are happy to show then how to update or remove their information from our site, but to be effective they need to go directly to the provider of the database, and then contact their local Telco..
So we have decided to go the extra effort of providing this knowledge on one page to help users know how to be the most effective.
This is where we could use your feedback… please review the page, and let us know if it is user friendly enough to follow or where we need to explain in more detail. The URL is

Well site looks good and works well... however the Yellow Pages and Map/Directions pages slide down a little too far compared to all the other pages. If this could be fixed it would be even better. ~just my opinion~

We will take a look at that, and thanks for your time to give input. It is appreciated.
What I am looking for, as well, is input on the user friendly page for those that want to add/remove/update their information in the major databases of the Web in addition to ours.
The page is http://www.411locate.com/add_list.htm
Thanks again

Looks Ok, make it a little fine by following the same gradient effect of your sidebars on the bosy of the directory itself.... These Parts Looks a little slapped up together...
