1) Those mouse-overs are wierd! Go for something more traditional.
2) The other pages that work, the roll-overs are the opposite of what is on the first page. Confusing!?!
3) Get something better than a text logo.
4) Your blue on the background doesn't match the blue of the buttons.
5) Smooth out those rounded table corners, too jagged.
That's all from me,

I dont have my new 17" hooked up so can anyone tell me what it looks like on those, also i wont have Nuts****e until i get my new computer, so can i also get some feedback on that, thanks in advance
The basic layout is okay, however it does not reflect the client. My very first reaction is why is the site blue and not green? I know green is almost tacky but it has a level of automatic recognition. I agree about the mouse-overs they defiantly need to go. Also get some photographs and a larger logo.
- The menu is way to small and it is halfway down the page. Make it a bit bigger and higher up on the page. I am on 1024x768 by the way.
- Your logo is way to small also. Make it bigger. Much bigger actually.
- I don't care for the horses behind each button before you put the mouse over it. The mouseover part is pretty nice. It's just before the mouseover with the horse. Scratch the horse and make that blue and keep the mouseover.
- You should be able to see blue on the right side instead of just ending with the white. It would look better that way. Try to change it.
Well that's all I can really say. Otherwise good work.

1) Make the logo the width of the main content area. Also make it a little taller. You might try to make the Mullingar Equestrian name stand out from the 'www' and '.com' parts.
2) Create a small version of the logo and stick it above the left menu.
3) I hate the mouseover image with the white box around it. Although it is original, sometimes stuff more traditional works better.

Maybe you can have an image of the horse "lifted up" as your mouseover? Like johnnyboy said, it really looks weird now.
Your's is going to be a Horse site right? I think you should add some real photos of horses to liven up the page.
