I learn in two ways: 1) seeking information in references and manuals, 2) being given information through blogs and news. I suppose there is a third way: asking questions, which is limited to TWF and a couple of IRC channels, so I won't bother with that. Smiling

Reference:
ALA
SitePoint
Blooberry - well-composed reference for CSS, with explanations in plain English
CSS-Discuss - comprehensive list of modern CSS-related information. Also check out their links/resources
W3 - specs, validator, tips
Web Style Guide - sensible advice
PHP Manual, MySQL Manual - comments are your best friend
Dynamicdrive - watch and learn Smiling
JS Kit
Google - you think I remember or bookmark all these web sites? Directory is an excellent resource too, often overlooked

Blog-type:
Zeldman - how can you resist?
Dave Shea
Dive into Mark
Tantek
Eric Meyer
Jon Hicks
Hixie's natural log - inside look into browser news
Moz news
Adot's notblog
Nielsen's Alertbox
Todd Dominey

I'm sure I missed some. Really, whenever I need info, I Google for it if no specific article or publication comes to mind. Smiling

Really, there's not much out there that's really good anymore. Seems like there was a lot more back in the days of Webmonkey and all that.

I pick up a bunch of good stuff through LockerGnome's newsletter. Since they are so pro-RSS, I just let em cull it for me Smiling
