Hi. I'm starting a new website in PHP (don't know much)

I want to use one of them text box things allowing people to design ads and then submitting them to the database.

i found that a WYSIWYG editor uses CGI which, 1. I don't like and my host doesn't support, 2. New to PHP, Learn CGI another day!

any other things I can use that use PHP and MYSQL and NOT CGI?
