Wordpress problem

I am a do-it-yourself Wordpress website owner that has built my own site. It has been running extremely well. I'm sure it isn't in the same legue as a lot of you guys but averages 500-600 visitors a day. Keeps me real busy. (I'm disabled and pretty much stuck at home). This is a ministry website, not a business.

I'm setting up a book store using a WooCommerce store plugin to try and pay for the website..
The address is http://thejosephplan.org/book-store

But when I go to one of the pages within the bookkstore I am getting "page cannot be found" and the address of: http://http://thejosephplan.org/book-store/book-store

We have worked the perma links every way with no results. I am posting here out of desperation.
This is a ministry site and I'm a minister not a coding guy. No help co far at Wordpress or WooCommerce.

Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?
