Why interest in my site analysis?

Greetings:

My knowledge of web sites etc does not go too deep (read "newbie").

Was just viewing statistics on the number of times my website has been visited, keywords used to find it, pages with links to my site that visitors clicked on to get to my site, etc.

I was perplexed to note that I got 45 hits from a page that provides an analysis of my site (keywords, text, download time, site map, etc). Also, that I had an unusually high number of visits over an hour in length.

Just wondering...do I need to be concerned? Could someone be trying to do some hanky-panky with my site? I don't mean to be paranoid, but found this odd and can't figure out for the life of me why somebody would all of a sudden be so interested in my site's analysis.
