who's coming?

I'm looking for a quick, simple, free utility. I don't care if it's a script or a service. What I want to do is provide an EASY "checklist" where members can state their intent on whether they plan to attend a planned event. evites.com does this in that as people reply to the invitation it lists who's coming and who's not, but I don't need/want to send any invitation. I just want an easy way for visitors to say whether they are coming or not. (voting won't work because it won't identify individual people)

Any ideas? (keep 'easy' and 'simple' in mind)

I would start by checking http://www.hotscripts.com/
If you can't find it there, then you can either pay someone to do the script for you or do it yourself.

There's about 200 people. I'm not actually the organizer but people want to know (and see on the site) who has RSVP'd. Oh well. I just thought I'd check to see if there was something easy someone knew about. Cool

if you wanted to write a script you can do it several ways, from/to a database, from/to a flat file etc. you could have everyones detail on file/db and when they sign in (give them all password) they can check/uncheck coming or not (value equals true or false), or dont write a file and when they sign in (submit) they get included in the file/db as coming.
just an idea

As long as you could insure their e-mail subject, just setup two new folders in Outlook and create rules to automatically filter mail based on who's coming, who's not...
