Which is the best free site stats program?
I've just done a key word search on this forum and found some interesting info. But I'd still like to know what people think now. Many thanks in advance for your feedback.

Statcounter, AWstats are good but also have a look at Google Analytics (formerly Urchin), it is free now.

Thanks a lot for the tips. I like AWstats a lot. It seems Google Analytics suits e-commerce site better. Wish to hear more suggestions so that I can make a comparison. I googled and found some but user's experiences will be more interesting.

I believe the defacto standard for web stats programs is: Webalizer (ghastly web site, but it outputs good stats and is free )
