Which App do you recomend?
I am interested in using PHP in my website (and maybe other server-side dependant languages) later. Can you help me figure out what program i could use to help me create webpages laced with those type of languages? For example, would Macromedia Ultra Dev be a good program, or something else?
Thanks for your time!

If you do it by hand:
ultraedit.com
htmlvalidator.com
Also, there are professional suites available for all sorts of programming languages. ColdFusion Studio for cold fusion, there's one for VB/ASP, there are two or three for Perl, et cetera. They have different pieces, some check syntax, some help with other functions of programming (planning).
If you're just learning PHP, I'd recommend a coloured syntax text editor like the ones above.

The two Suzanne mentioned a good choices, though I generally use Homesite and/or vi. Keep in mind that these are not WYSIWYG editors like DW. They require that you actually learn the language. To learn PHP, there are several good sites on the web and some good books.
Good sites;
