Website Suggestions Anyone?
I am looking to restart my hobby as a webmaster. So I have decided to do a tech-based computer modding website.
I am not quite sure about a few things though, should I keep it just computer modding, or should I just make an overall computer website with mods, hacks, tweaks, and all that sort of stuff. I would prefer to make an overall computer website but I am not quite sure what would be more successful.
Once I figure out that, that will be the easy part, then I need to get a name for this website. That is the hardest part for me because I need it to be memorable but yet not too confusing. So anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

I think you would do well to focus on one aspect of the field you want to get into. Once you have built a name and ranking for yourself in that niche, go for another one if you want and build up till you have that niche cornered too.
As for a name. Knackered hacker? The tweak beat? pc mod bod. Honestly I have no idea! that is indeed the secret to a good business online and off.
good luck

What the guy above me said. A niche ensures a little "cult" audience and from there you can branch out.
Names?
Normally I'm a creative person but the brain ain't working right tonight. Modbox.com is taken, I thought that would've been a cool name, but alas...

A niche also ensures that you won't get in over your head. I think a lot of beginners have trouble when they try to do too much with their sites and never end up finishing them. There's also the "jack of all trades master of none" sort of problem. There are lots of "jack of all trades" computer sites out there - you might be better off to focus on one nice topic for now.
