webcam script

hi I don't know if anyone can help
i downloaded some javascript 2 days ago and the is no instructions what to do its suposed to be a script you put on your website and it has a online and ofline pic for your webcam but i caant work it out what i want it to do is have the online image (webcam pic) start at 9am then change to the offline pic at 11:59pm
also the countdown timer counts down and then PAST the time it should refresh
