Can anyone recommend some good web site search software?

I currently use Atomz, but want to replace it. I have an ecommerce web site with about 400 pages, plus a sub web within it of 150 pages. I want visitors to be able to search both independently.

I am no expert and will need a provider who offers good technical support, possibly including set up.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
